Loan Requirements

Unsecured Personal Loans & Short Term Loans

• Working full-time.
• Employed with same employer for at least 6 months.
• You are not self-employed.
• You are not working for cash.
• Make at least $15.00 per hour.
• Work at least 35 hours per week.
• Have a valid checking account.
• At least 25 years of age.
• Currently not on either ODSP, Pension, Social Benefits, or Employment Insurance.
• You are not in a debt management plan.
• You are not in a consumer proposal.

Home Equity Loans

• At least 25 years of age.
• You are the homeowner.
• The property is located within Ontario.
• The property is not a vacant lot.
• Have a valid checking account.

Vehicle Title Loans & Vehicle Repair Loans

• At least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid checking account.
• Vehicle is fully paid.
• You must own the vehicle.
• 2005 or newer vehicle.
• Less than 200,000 kilometres.
• No lease on vehicle.
• Vehicle must be fully insured.

Business Loans & Merchant Cash Advances

• Business has been operating for at least 12 months.
• Provide financial statements for this business.
• Business is current with its lease, with at least 12 months remaining.
• You or your partners have not been involved in a bankruptcy in the last 3 years.
• Your business has a minimum of $2,500 in credit and debit charges per month (Merchant Cash Advances).
